Chris Ann eased our concerns and her responsiveness and dedication really came through because not only did we sell within the first day of it being on the market but we sold over asking price! We selected Chris Ann primarily because she was the "local" agent - someone who lived in the neighborhood and knew it inside and out. She definitely did not disappoint. Chris Ann made several suggestions on how to enhance the saleability of our house, and she was spot on. She then arranged for us to have a consultation with a professional stager - and then proceeded to stage our home herself using her own things. The things she did to showcase our home were simply phenomenal! We were so impressed... and everyone who saw our house agreed! The professional photographs taken to market our house were first rate! Our house never looked better! In a weekend of open houses, our house received multiple above-asking offers. Chris Ann guided us through the entire offer and selection process ... all the way through to a smooth closing. We are so thankful that we chose Chris Ann. We could not be any more satisfied with the experience we had with Chris Ann. We give her our unequivocal endorsement! She is truly the best!

More Chris Ann was a great help right from the beginning. Her combination of friendliness and knowledge made the biggest decision of our life feel low stress and natural. Thanks to not only her connections but also her therapeutic advice, we were able to secure the house of our dreams after just one week of hunting. There were hurdles we needed to jump through in the closing process, but Chris Ann was able to tackle most of the complicated stuff behind the scenes and then communicate to use in layman's terms what was going on. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to do the heavy work for you!

From the very start of our process for buying a new home, she has guided us with her professionalism, honesty, experience, and insights. She helped us avoid some of the pitfalls that we could have made as we prepared our former house for sale and negotiated agreements for our new home. She communicated with us continuously throughout the process and even accompanied us to meetings with our sellers, mortgage company, multiple vendors, and legal representatives. We had a very successful transaction from beginning to end, and without Chris Ann's help, we could not have done it. Again, she's simply the best, and we are forever grateful for her guidance.
